Faith Community Education Institute (FCEI) is a faith-based institution for adult learners seeking to achieve a high school diploma. Attending FCEI “Second Chance Program” allows success to those who before were unable to accomplish this task. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports high school graduates earn over $9,700 more than individuals who did not successfully complete high school. FCEI will pave the way for college or trade school, greater employment opportunities, increase self-esteem and fulfill their dreams.

The joining of capabilities and capacities has created in Cognia global nonprofit with expertise and experience to improve education in a more comprehensive and holistic way by bridging the gap between school evaluation and student assessment. On-Site and On-Line Classes

FCEI offers onsite and online classes. The onsite classes are held once a week. Depending upon which session you are enrolled in you will attend classes on Thursday evenings from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm or Saturday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. FCEI offers counseling and mentoring to all students. All program participants must complete 100 education community service hours prior to receiving their high school diploma.

MISSION
Faith Community Educational Institute mission is to provide a second chance to the adult learner who was unable to obtain their high school diploma through the acquisition of knowledge, skills and credentials that will pave the way toward individual growth. FCEI will empower the adult learner to achieve educational, and personal goals as they make career choices or purse lifelong learning.

PROGRAM DISCRIPTION
Faith Community Educational Institute (FCEI) provides educational instruction from McGraw Hill in the core subject areas of English, Math, Science, Social Studies and Health. We provide additional classes in Art, Music, and Black History. FCEI conducts student assessment and testing. FCEI supports each student to ensure we meet the needs of a diverse population. Tutoring and counseling is available for students upon request. 

PROGRAM PURPOSE

FCEI purpose is to seek out African Americans and other emergent communities to provide a safe learning environment where adult learners can develop academic skills, confidence, independence and become strong leaders as they reach their full potential. It is our deepest desire that each program participant graduates and embraces the experiences from the 100 hours of educational community service. All program participants will have led healthier lifestyles and practice effective communication, time management, effective problem solving, and collaboration with others. FCEI "Second Chance Program" provides individuals with a holistic view of self and community through academics and service.

FACULTY 
Our board and faculty have over 113 years of combined experience in the field of education. The board members work tirelessly to ensure the faculty have the tools needed to meet the academic and social emotional needs of our diverse population of students. Our faculty is comprised of professionals, FCEI graduates and volunteers. Each family member is passionate about education and providing support through indivualization to our students as they work to earn their high school diploma. Meet FCEI board and faculty;

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
All program participants must be at least 18 years old at registration and not required by law to be enrolled in a public institute as outlined by the state of your residence.
-Transcript from last high school attend
-Copy of current physical
-Copy of immunization records
-Copy of vision and dental records
-Copy of drivers license, state ID, passport, visa, or green card
-Must have a computer or laptop
-Must have internet

PROGRAM COSTS
The total cost to attend FCEI Second Chance Program is $675. The cost covers tuition and cap and gown. It only cost $225 to start classes, which is to be paid during registration. The remaining balance of $450 must be paid weekly and is due in full by the tenth week of class. We accept the following forms of payment: Cashapp, PayPal, check and money.
